Paul has over 40 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, training, and coaching. After working with Ford Motor Company, Metal Box Ltd, and Coates Brothers, he earned his MBA and joined Pim Goldby (now Deloitte) as a Management Consultant.
From 1984 to 2001, Paul co-owned and directed Stratagem Training Services, designing and delivering cost and asset management programs across Africa, Australia, and the UK. After selling Stratagem to Adcorp Ltd, he founded Profitlab, specializing in sales training, coaching, and exit planning for business owners.
As a Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), Paul has advised SMEs on sustainability and growth. His expertise spans industries, working with companies like BP, Shell, De Beers, and Growthpoint Properties. Known for his unique sales strategies, Paul is passionate about helping entrepreneurs improve financial productivity and scale their businesses.
